The process will be fully open-book to avoid any discrepancies or surprises. - Tax Compliance All invoices will be electronic and registered with the DIAN (Colombian tax authority), allowing these furnishing expenses to be written off. This is a key compliance factor we’ve learned the hard way—non-DIAN invoices are not tax-deductible.

Angie Álvarez is an industrial design engineer from Medellin, Colombia, and proudly paisa. She works for MB Real Estate, where she applies her skills in both design and property management. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is able to collaborate with clients and teams from various parts of the world. With a strong foundation in design, she is passionate about creating projects that blend creativity and functionality, encompassing both technical and organizational aspects. Her career has enabled her to develop skills in project management, team leadership, and innovative design solutions.

At MB Real Estate we offer Property Inspection on any type of property
in the Medellin area. We know that in Colombia property inspections
are not common, but as an American, I believe they are necessary if
you want to buy a property and that is why we created MB Property
Inspection.
If you’re concerned about electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and
need official measurements of the property to reflect title (and more),
contact us today and we’ll send you an inspector as soon as possible.
Once the inspection is complete, an inspection report will follow and
will be sent to you in English and Spanish so that you can be sure of the condition of the property.
